Just the theme music was renewed.

Show could be termed unpublished and most of the shows were based on copyright books or plays. The Casino Royale one is claimed by Sony who currently own the film rights to Casino Royale and Thunderball/Warhead/Never Say Never Again and control the James Bond film property. The other one I can't be sure about.
